Summary: When Peta-en's story comes to an end Tyndal and the Earth Band are thrown headlong into a fantastic journey through time that brings both tragedy and joy. Veirshnog has escaped into the Time Loop and Halidu is asked to form a Bandersnatch to bring him back a prisoner and stand trial. They encounter survivors of the Ptokolochin attack on Earth and avert a catastrophe in Scotland by finding an Inscription Stone. The Earth Band is split up. Amber and her friends go on a journey through space where they make a startling discovery and become corsair pilots, while Tyndal is asked to explore a secret city and a burning den!
